Cristina Leone approved by Companies House as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider 

We are excited to confirm that Cristina Leone at Leone & Co Notaries is now fully registered with Companies House as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (ECCTA).

Following our initial announcement earlier this year, we have now completed the registration process and are actively assisting clients with Companies House identity verification for directors and people with significant control (PSCs).

From 18 November 2025, identity verification will become a legal requirement for:

all new company directors before incorporation or appointment, and all existing directors and PSCs within 12 months of that date (at the time of their next confirmation statement).

As an ACSP, we are authorised to complete identity verification checks on behalf of clients in accordance with the Companies House verification standard.

Our services will as always, be professional, fast and reliable in helping you navigate this changing landscape brought about by the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023.
